Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Service of the IELTS.GG service, provided by ALEEM LABS LLP (BIN 250840008956), registered at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Shymkent city, Shugyla microdistrict, Altyn Gasyr street, building 27 (hereinafter — “Aleem Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

We want every user to get the most out of our service. If something didn’t go as expected — we’re here to help and find a solution.

1. Refund guarantee: 14 days

We’re confident in the quality of our product, so we offer a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction.

If within 14 days of payment you decide that the Service isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund. Simply reach out to our support team at support@aleem.io, or submit a request through the payment platform.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval of the request.

The right to a refund applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. If a subscription includes a free trial period, the 14-day period begins from the moment of the first charge after the trial ends.

2. General provisions

2.1. Payment processing

All financial transactions are conducted through authorized payment organizations acting as the Merchant of Record. Aleem Labs does not store your credit card data or process payments directly.

2.2. Subscription cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but is not in itself a refund request. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

2.3. Access cessation upon refund

If you receive a refund in accordance with this Policy, access to the relevant product will cease.

3. Country-specific rules

3.1. European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. For subscriptions with a free trial period, the 14-day period begins anew after the trial ends. For annual subscriptions in the UK, the 14-day period also renews upon each auto-renewal.

3.2. Turkey / Israel

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.

3.3. South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund.

3.4. Singapore

Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or services after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.

If local consumer protection laws grant you broader rights than those described in this Policy, the highest level of protection applies. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4. How to request a refund

We aim to make the refund process as simple as possible. You can request a refund using any of the following methods:

  • Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your subscription management page.
  • Contact us directly at support@aleem.io.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval of the request.

If you are not sure about the details of your transaction or whether you are eligible for a refund — just write to us and we’ll help you figure it out.

5. Refunds for technical or product defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from using the Service:

  • Contact our support team first to attempt to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, contact the payment platform’s support team, providing details of the issue and any response received.

Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Additional information

6.1. Add-ons and one-time purchases

Add-ons linked to a main subscription expire when the main subscription ends, unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility for add-ons and one-time purchases follows the same criteria as the main transaction, unless local law provides otherwise.

6.2. Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan represents a one-time purchase. It is subject to the same 14-day refund right from the date of the transaction as any other one-time purchase.

6.3. Account deletion

Deleting your account or the Application does not automatically cancel your subscription and is not a refund request. To stop charges, you must cancel your subscription through the “Manage Subscription” button in the Application or through the payment platform.

6.4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated, access to the product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge.

7. Feedback

When requesting a refund, we’d appreciate it if you could share the reasons with us. Your feedback helps us improve the service for all users. This is entirely voluntary and does not affect the processing of your request.

8. Updates to this Policy

Aleem Labs may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
