- Subscription Duration: A continuous, paid subscription for at least 3 months (90 days).
- Success Checklist: Complete all tasks listed in the platform's Success Checklist.
- Mock Exams: At least 12 mock exams per section (12 Listening, 12 Reading, 12 Writing, 12 Speaking).
- AI Feedback: Minimum 30 Writing tasks & 30 Speaking sessions with AI feedback.
- Personal Use Only: Account must be used solely by the registered student.
Application Timeline
Initial TRF Submission: Your first TRF — within 7 days of signing up.
Retake IELTS Test: Official IELTS exam — within 60 days after your subscription ends.
Refund Claim: Within 30 days of your official exam date.

General Terms & Conditions
- •We reserve the right to deny claims if activity logs suggest fraudulent completion (e.g., finishing a Reading section in 5 minutes or submitting empty Writing tasks).
- •The guarantee applies only to the first official IELTS exam taken after completing our program.
- •Refunds are limited to the subscription cost. They do not cover official exam fees, travel, or third-party tutor services.
- •We use activity analytics for identity verification. Suspicious activity or simultaneous logins from different locations will void the refund eligibility.
